Made this for a brunch.. and more recently as a munchy when I went to visit my grandkids. Served it with long skinny crispy breadsticks... BIG HIT... Everyone loved it. Simple. Tasty. Good for you. It turns out a bright "hulk" green which makes the kids want it even more. Yummy for adults and kids.

I made this today after watching Giada make it on her show a few days ago. I'm always looking for new, healthy food ideas and this one looked good. And I have to say, it did not dissapoint at all. I served it with some endive spears and some toast points. I think it would also make an excellent spread for sandwiches.

Ignore the ratings here that are rating it poorly. Their taste buds are either severely out of whack or they did something wrong in the preparation of the recipe. Perhaps they changed up the ingredients or something.

I made it raw with half of the spinach, and it tasted great to my husband and me! I will make it again soon, as directed, but I'm already impressed. The seasonings really make the dip come alive.

Too much garlic and not enough creamiest for a dip. I added sour cream but it didn't help. HELP!
