I made this for a party and everyone loved it! I love garlic but not a lot of it so, with any Giada recipe I usually cut the garlic by half. This recipe is healthy and everyone told me that the dip was good with a bit of a kick. If you like hummus, you'll like this too.

I made this dip for a party and everyone loved it!

The only thing was that I was trying to stretch out this recipe because I forgot to get another can of beans to double the recipe, so instead I added a jar of marinated artichoke hearts, and forgot to add the balsamic vinegar. I will tell you that it is great!

I think I will make this next time with either only 1 clove of garlic or no garlic at all. While the dip was tasty, the garlic was overwhelming.

It's really good (and healthy if you dip carrot sticks into it.

I love this recipe and will be sure to make it often. I used a 1-pound bag of frozen spinach and then doubled the rest of the ingredients. Also, I used garbanzo beans instead of the beans called for in the recipe, and they worked great. Also, I threw in an extra clove or two of garlic. Turned out wonderful!

I made this on a whim. I was hungry, but it was too late to really eat. We had all the ingredients in the fridge, so I gave it a whirl. It was delicious! Very flavorful and healthy. A+

I made this dip to take to a friends house and everyone loved it. It was creamy and flavorful without a mayonaise or sour cream base. I also used the leftovers for a spread on sandwiches like you would use hummus. I"m allergic to the tahini in hummus, so this is a great healthy alternative. Thanks Giada
