I'm trying to eat more spinach and salmon - not a big fan, but THIS dip really was quite good. It DOES taste like spinach, don't get me wrong, but it was absolutely yummy - I added a couple sun dried tomatoes and at the dip with whole grain organic crackers. QUITE DELISH

This is a great simple and light dish. It can easily be a meal with the right accoutrements. She recommends pita chips and endive, which are both very good, however, red bell pepper is the perfect dipper for this healthy dip. It's also very satisfying. Way to go Giada!

Needs more garlic than the recipe calls for. Good healthy dip that my 2 year old will eat!

If you want a heavy dip, this is not the recipe for you. However, if you're looking for a healthy snack, this is perfect. The flavors are mild but very delicious and go together perfectly with some nice, salty pita chips. The lemon really comes through beautifully in the dip, so be sure to use freshly-squeezed lemon juice and not the terrible bottled stuff. My friends thought it was a bit bland, but if you take your time and really enjoy it, you won't be disappointed.
