I never tried the recipe but I'm sure it's tasty!...... People.... stop hating on a good marriage... just enjoy the recipes that you are given, from their family to yours!

I saw this dish and wanted to make it right away. I didnt have shrimp but used chicken instead and is great. Im sure its great on Shrimp also. I also had to add some salt but overatll its a great dish. Family loves it and I look forward to using this more often. People just rate the recipe not the people coooking.

Enjoyed this recipe and I adjusted it a little for my families taste. I think the Neelys have many many recipes families enjoy but I can't take listening to them. A lot of how "cute Gina is and how Pat talks is great if you care about how their marriage...Just remember this is a cooking show...not a "look how gooey" we are. Please.......

Tried the shrimp mixture as described.
Tried the shrimp mixture in puff pastry cups.
Tried the shrimp mixture on top of pizza dough AND rolled inside tortilla.
    WINNER?....pizza or buritto.
Great flavor and texture of the shrimp mixture AND the added texture of the pizza dough or buritto..,try it, you'll like it!

Once again, another rating skewed by someone who has nothing better to do with her time than to nitpick at television hosts. I tried the shrimp and it was quite good...although I, too, think it would work just as well with chicken. Cheaper too!

To Ann from Chesapeake: if you don't like the Neely's, don't watch them. In fact, go on and write a letter to FN, but please don't deter your fellow home cooks from trying something different by unjustly lowering the overall star rating according to your personal prejudices. Thanks, Ann and I look forward to seeing you on "The Next Food Network Star."

I didn't use the phyllo cups but I did make the recipe with the shrimp. It was ok, but blew us away when I tried it on chicken. Friends love the recipe too. But make sure you use some salt. I think that is the only thing really missing. You can cut down on the olive oil too. 1/4 cup for 3-4 breasts is enough. We also slice the boneless breasts in half to thin then out. Otherwise you get a big hunky piece of breast.

What irritates me so much about this recipe, other than the fact that Gina Neely cannot correctly pronounce 'chipotle' is the fact that this episode was based on their trip to Spain and this recipe is not Spanish! Chipotle, lime and cilantro are Mexican, not Spanish. Why, oh why do these people have their own show??

While cooking today in my kitchen, I turned the Food Network on and the Neely's were cooking the Spanish Grilled Shrimp and other delicious looking things inspired by their trip to Spain. I can't wait to try this and the other recipes on the show today.

They put their heart and soul into everything they make - how delicious is that!!

Keep up your fabulous ways - it's so refreshing!!
