These tasted all right, but they did not taste like churros! you are better off going to New Jersey and buying them fresh at a local hispanic restaurant, thats the real deal! But I have to hand it to her, they were not bad at all, but not a churro, more a doughnut... needs more crunch!

I saw this recipe on T.V. and I knew I needed to try it. They were wonderful! I used a little less lime then the recipe asked for because I was hesitant of the flavor in the churros, but it ended up giving it a nice kick. I only used about half of a zested lime in the actual batter, and none in the cinnamon and sugar. As well, I would have liked to use a bigger star tip, but still, with the one I had, they turned out amazing!

I liked the recipe but I felt the zest was overpowering but it may have been that i used lemon instead of lime because I didn't have lime. Overall, a great recipe.

Some changes were needed for this recipe. I had to almost double the amount of flour and sugar. But once I got the right consistency these churros were outstanding. The lime zest makes these churros. I will make again!
