Made this recipe this weekend and the results were great. The flavor is wonderful and the meat was very tender. They were better than many I've had at rib cookoffs and at restaurants featuring ribs. My family can't wait for me to make them again.

These are the only ribs we make now! The complexity of the flavors is wonderful and the method of cooking makes the meat fall off the bone. I have used different rubs/different sauces all with great success.
