Not bad. Could have used a little more chicken... maybe a 1/4 red onion.

It's a nice salad, but I didn't think it was necessarily any better than any other chicken waldorf salad.

Added a few of my own touches such as a teaspoon of honey and about a 1/4 teaspoon of ground cardamom and it tasted fabulous. Was the hit of my bowling potluck. Enjoy.

I added red onions and left out the golden raisins and it was a great balance of sweet/salty/sour

I never ever tried to eat sweet and sower food, its a taboo for me, but when I saw this recipe on Tv, thought I must give it a try, I added a tsp of honey and Tsp of mustard instead of orange juice, turned out to be great i will surprise all my guests with it, but remember chicken was grilled a day ahead, with Garlic butter paste under the skin, the garlic gave the chicken nice kick, I love it

I usually only eat Chicken Waldorf salad from one high end grocery store... well NO MORE! This is wonderful and so easy to make. I used the canned chicken instead of a chicken breast. I will def. be making this a lot!

I used canned chicken breast and added some dried cranberries and a few chopped pecans too. My favorite way to enjoy this recipe is on toast. It makes a great sandwich! You could also serve this on multi-grain crackers or flatbreads and serve them to your party guests.
