    very pleased to see that my FAVORITE chef posting the original recipe of Lomilomi Salmon unlike TYLER FLORENCE adding his own twist to the LOMILOMI that he so calls.. I love it when chefs do get creative dont get me wrong but, chefs need to recognize the traditional way of making it.
