I found this dish to be a little too spicy and would definitely delete the red pepper flakes next time, if however like some of my guests you like 'spicy' food this is an excellent recipe, I'll definitely make it again and i'm certain that without the red pepper i'd give it 5 stars

and WOW!! This is good recipe, the salty pecorino, parmesan, and chunky bites of sweet Italian sausage is just incredible. Very easy to make, want it even quicker? 2 jars of marinara sauce, the cheeses and sausages will do that rest. Make sure it's freshly grated cheeses!!
