VERY easy to make and a great use for leftover pork roast The ginger adds a superb flavor. I used Egg Beaters and brown basamati rice to make it a very healthy, low fat recipe. My picky 20-year-old ate it up.

This recipe is amazing. Follow it exactly and it is great. A pinch of red pepper flakes, like about 8 flakes or it gets hot, but it adds a necessary flavor. I added a little more soy sauce and a little gravy master for a little more taste and to make it a little more brown. It tastes very authentic.

This recipe is delicious!! I substituted some things, based on what was in my house . . . used yellow onion instead of scallions, fresh lamb sausage from a local farm, and a little extra garlic. This was a hit with my family and we will make it again for sure!

My mom LOVES fried rice, but only from a few select places. I thought I'd try this recipe out on her and she raved. Get everything ready ahead; I used Uncle Ben's Boil in bag rice and a shredded a baked chicken breast I got at supermarket deli. Fast, easy, and really delicious. I used fresh prepared ginger and fresh prepared garlic I keep in the fridge, and just grated the carrot; very easy and better than any I have eaten at a take out. Thanks Food Network!

This was a really good recipe that my kids loved. I left out the mushrooms, but the rest were a go...improvise and adjust the way you want...it's really flexible.

I just substituted the meat for shrimp. I also added some chunks of hard salami. It was the best fried rice dish I have ever eaten.

Incredibly easy for the first time making fried rice. Added 2x's recipe for soy sauce - which I think added more flavor. Will definitely make again.

this fried rice with beef roast cut up in little, pieces was very good, i love the part where my 19 month old daughter keep her food on her spoon, because the rice was sticky, my husband loved it to usually he dosent like all the dinners i make, but he loved this one.
