easy to follow directions. easy ingredients. quick, simple to the point meal. Excellent for a in a hurry meal when having guests for dinner!!! My FAVORITE!!!!!!!!!

This is a pretty typical but good recipe for scampi. I suggest a bit more butter and I tend to use a bit of pinot noir while cooking the shrimp (some for the prawns, some for the chef! This is a fairly "sweet" recipe, which my children loved.
