I made this for Thanksgiving and it was so good that I couldn't wait to make again for Christmas. Even the kids loved it (7 and 3.

This recipe is fantastic! Although I suggest adding a little extra brown sugar to the top with the pecans before baking. It adds a little something extra.

I thought these came out well, I too added marshmallows to the top. I would probably make them again.

I found this recipie to be SO easy. The down side is it wasn't that good. I made this dish for thanksgiving and it didn't go over very well. It was a bit bland.

I added approximately 2/3 cup of orange juice to this easy recipe. Everyone LOVED it. They have asked for an encore next year. It tasted almost like a souffle. Very good.

This recipe is a classic. Easy to prepare and tasty without being too sweet. And no marshmallows involved! I will continue to use this as my standard sweet potato holiday dish, but simple enough to make any time.

I was expecting a sweet sweet potatoe casserole but instead I was disappointed - twice! The first time I made the recipe I misread the sugar quantity and only put in half (too much wine?. Then I served it at a party where there were a lot of food snobs. I got a few polite smiles but no compliments. The second time I made the recipe, determined to make it better, it still came out kind of bland. My friend kindly gave me her recipe out of pity.

I wasn't all that thrilled with this recipe, but my fiance loved it. I added marshmallows to the top, then sprinkled the crumb topping over that. You just can't have sweet potatoes without marshmallows! The potatoes were a little thinner/watery than I would have liked as well.
