    i think these are great, I also make them with wildflower honey instead of maple and they come out great

    Very good dish. The Jack Daniels gives it a kick but really isn't neccesary for the dish.

    These were the perfect sweetness and the hit of our thanksgiving feast. No one could stop talking about these amazing sweet potatoes. My dad went so far as to say these were the only sweet potatoes he's been able to stand eating.

    I absolutely loved these sweet potatoes. The balsamic vinegar, maple syrup and orange zest gave it a wonderful flavor.

    The flavor was excellent. Baking the potatos first brings out a more woodsey flavor. A great change at Thanksgiving in place of the usual camdied sweet potatos
