I followed the instructions to the tee. Cake was very dry with little flavor. It was a waste of my time and money, and a major disappointment for my boyfriend's 50th surprise birthday party.

The topping over-flowed while the cake was baking and not all of the cake batter could even fit into the cake ring. It also took only one hour to bake, not an hour and a half. I was dissapointed in the final results. The cake was dry the following day, even though I wrapped it in an air tight container.

This was easy to make I didn't have any parchment paper and it still came out great and it didn't burn. The only think is that it took less time to cook then what the recipe stated.

I love the cake, maybe a little low on the cinnamon but other than that, moist and delicious

My family couldn't believe I made this. It looks beautiful and tastes great. It's easy, and a welcome departure from all those iced cakes.

My mom use to make pineapple upside down cake all the time for holiday's, This Easter I wanted to attempt it.
so I used this recipe and I have got to say it is just like mom's, Delicious. The family will sure be proud of any one who presents this at the table.
