This dish is so good, so rich, and so absolutely delectable. Cooking the chicken in this rich broth with those dried chilies and the chicken stock - what flavor. Highly recommend this dish to anyone with an itching for a good, Mexican chicken dish.

The salsa really stole the show here. A declicous balance of flavors and grilling the ingredients really puts it over the top. Great as a dip or accompaniment to the soft shell tacos. A crowd pleaser for outdoor entertaining.

I usually use Bobby's Grilling recipes, but just tried this one because of the weather. This one is funny. At first I thought it tasted averge, as I kept eating it, it really turned out very good.

    Worth a try.

These are SO easy to make,,, Just let them cook a long time so the chicken falls from the bone. They are amazing and great to make for friends...
