Great dinner, except for the tomatoes on top. They just didn't taste very good...but then again, they were just poured on straight from the can. I will make this again b/c i think the peppers were great. I just need to put a tastier tomato sauce on top. :-

This was the best meatloaf that I've ever had. Cooking it in the peppers added great flavor, and the sage made this dish something special. The only downside was trying to flip the meatloaf in the skillet since mine wasn't very wide. Otherwise super delish!

Was absolutely AMAZING!! I didn't have any canned tomatoes with Basil, but instead used a jar of tomatoes with green chilies. It was delicious!

My husband loves meatloaf but I always dread making it because I wasn't the biggest fan. I am so glad I saw Sunny make this because its a delicious and attractive meal! My husband and I both love it!

It was a delicious use of common, cheap ingredients. Presentation is beautiful as well. I differed from the recipe by using all lean ground beef, canned diced tomato, dried sage, yellow/orange/red peppers, & a plain bagel. I totally skipped frying the sage leaves because cleaning a cutting board, bowl, pan, & baking sheet is enough of a chore. No need for that extra hassle--it tastes great without it.

this was a very creative way to make stuffed peppers. boy, was it good. i must admit, i messed up the recipe. i only had ground turkey in the freezer, so i could not use the turkey/beef combination suggested by sunny. due to that reason, my meat filling was a tad runny. when i had to flip them in the pan, i had to get creative to make sure the meat stayed inside the pepper! as i said, it was delicious! but next time i will save myself the stress, do what sunny suggested and use the turkey/beef combination! :
