    Forgot to mention on my previous post...Try using a broiler pan instead. The fat drains away. If you like it crispy this is the way to go !!!

    I think this is the best way to make bacon. It doesn't make a mess, it's easy, it's good, and cleanup is a snap. I never fry bacon anymore.

    A great alternative to trying to cook it evenly on the stove. Try it with turkey bacon!!

    The bacon was not bad cooked this way, though I could not get it as crispy as I would have liked.
