The Tuna Melts were incredible. Lots of wonderful flavors. The salad was good but I ruined it with the dressing. I wont every make it again. My husband likes anything and he didn't like that.

I love this recipe, all the flavors come together amazing! I used sourdough instead of rye!!! A must try, everyone will be asking your for this recipe!!!!

This recipe was too easy. I was a little suspicious but decided to try it since I only needed to but a few ingredients, but it turned out great. I added chopped red onions to give it a little zip. This is a new twist on a tuna melt.

Used chicken instead of tuna and doubled for 4 people. You might want some more handy for seconds becuase it will be used up quickly. Boars head makes a delicious horseradish chedder cheese that is excellent for an extra kick. Pretty ridiculously easy and good.

This was so simple to make and quick too! A great meal when its really to hot to heat up your kitchen. I did modify the recipe some. Used 2 cans of tuna instead, used a 1/2 red pepper (had no jar of roasted peppers on hand, used pecorino romano cheese and on top used mozzerella with chives and garlic. YUMMY!! thanks for the great idea.
