    This was the juiciest and best seasoned steak ever. We used a fresh 1.75lb cut of trip tip and followed the seasoning recipe exactly, but for griling had to keep turning it, so it cooked up to a nice med rare on our outdoor grill with no heat controls.

    I marinated the meat overnight. It had wonderful flavor and made the meat very tender and juicy. Its a keeper!
