Amaaaaaazing! Best scones I ever tasted. Does not have that overpowering soda taste since the recipe does not call for soda at all. The lemon glaze adds that perfect touch or sourness. Will be making these again soon. Only thing I will do different, is that I will cut the ingredients for the glaze by about half. Had too much glaze left over. Otherwise, this is delicious!!!

These scones are a regular in my home now. They taste great with the heavy whipping cream.

I took this recipe to a big church breakfast event with many choices of berry breakfast items. These scones were the first item to be eaten up. Everyone thought the pastor had made them and he got lots of compliments on how good they were. We all were having a good laugh about that. I thought the orange glaze added an especially delicious touch.

these scones were delicious. The next time I make them I will put the scones on a wire rack and then drizzle the glaze. That way they will not be soggy on the bottom.

This dough was much stickier than Tylers other recipe for blueberry scones with lemon glaze. maybe I am missing something but the other one does not have the egg and has more butter. I much preferred the texture of the other blueberry scone recipe.

these came out really well....and I normally don't like scones since I have had so many really dry ones. I had to adapt slightly as I had RASPberries I needed to use up and being so delicate they dont stir well. I made a rectangle with half the dough, put my berries on it, then topped with the other half and cut it so I didn't just have smooshed berries. The only other comment is the glaze: I only made half the amount and it was plenty for my scones....so if I had made the full amound it would have been way too much

Making these scones were the first scones I have ever tried to make. The recipe is quick and easy, and it's possible you may have all the ingredients on hand. I followed the recipe and they were delicious. My hubby has already asked if I can make them in different flavors. Great recipe

I have been using this recipe for almost 4 years now and my entire family will no longer eat scones out. They will only eat these. Thanks Tyler for such a great one!

Easy to make and delicious. I made these Sunday morning and had
them with my morning coffee. They were light in texture and full of fresh blueberries and the slightly tart orange glaze complimented the
sweet scone. Definitely a recipe I will use again. Thank you Tyler!

Excellent light scone. Formed into a circle and cut them into triangles. Had to cook an extra 3 mintues to get the golden crust. Best scone recipe I've tried so far. It's a keeper!
