Delicious! A definite do-over. I used Granny Smith & they cooked beautifully. I followed the recipe exactly, but think I cooked them a bit longer. They were a great addition to my Christmas brunch.

Delicious! The perfect Fall dessert. My boyfriend and I had a ton of leftover apples from apple-picking at the orchard, and this was a great way to use them.

This recipe is great! I used raspberry jam instead of strawberry, as I had it on hand. My German boyfriend loved it. Also, I think you could used the crisp topping on lots of other fruit, or just on apples alone. It was also fun to add my own twist to the spices: cinnamon, cloves, and a little bit of vanilla powder.

Great dessert, quick and very easy. I guess I didnt leave it in long enough because the apples were still a little crunchy but still tasted great. Will definitely do again.

To Taniataupier, my suggestion is to use granny smith (green apples I used both last night and the granny smith apples weren't smushy, I tried the macintosh and granny at the same time and both were good but the granny smith stayed more together. hope you have better luck next time.
