Pretty good but I messed up and used low-fat vanilla ice cream instead of plain. So it had a little bit of a sour taste. On the second round I used vanilla ice cream instead and that was better but it added to the calories.

I am on weight watchers and this recipe is not only tasty but if you split it into 4 servings and substitute the oj for the light kind and the honey for splenda it's only 1 point. It's a great way to wake up in the morning too. Nice and flavorful. I love you Emerill!
