Used cod and chopped kalamata olives. Beautiful dish. Easy to make. Delicious and big hit with husband and teenage sons. I did not have tomatoes and green peppers! Just did not do that step. Served with whipped sweet potatoes and roasted Brussels sprouts. I had a glass of Chardonnay with dinner and it was a perfect compliment. (Important note: I did not have allspice berries either, so I used three pinches of all spice seasoning instead. It worked. This looks and tastes so impressive that I would make it for company.

Very good. Not too hard to make. Sauce was a winner for husband and 11 yo son. Our pieces of hake were very think, so I butterflied them. Cooked until golden on both side. 3 minutes each side. Perfect.
