I usually go for recipes with less ingredients but this sounded good. I wasn't disappointed. I added a bit more curry paste to taste. My sister and I just loved it. Easy to throw together and makes a nice presentation.

This turned out great! I used an Indian curry paste instead of a thai paste, it went really well with the coconut milk. I will definitely make this again.

It was quick and easy, but not as flavorful as I would have liked. It's missing something...I just can't figure out what. I also used 3 TB of curry paste with the entire can of coconut milk - who uses just 1 cup --what do you do with the rest of the can???

This recipe is a keeper! I make this dish once a month. Turned us on to thai forever. Try grilled boneless chicken thighs instead of shrimp once in a while too. Terrifific. Making it now. Thanks Rachel

This was my first attempt at Thai food. It was really good. I did add one thing; a tablespoon and a half of creamy peanut butter to better flow with the couscous and it did!!!...recommend to everyone!

I've made this recipe several times for my husband and myself, as well as for dinner guests. Everyone loves it!! I use a lot less less coconut milk (just a drizzle out of the can, because we like it spicy. Great meal, great flavor -- it's definitely a multiple repeat dish.

The only flavor that came through this dish was bitterness. I thought the coconut milk and the red curry paste would create a harmonious sweet and spiciness. I was wrong. I don't understand all the positive reviews because I followed the instructions perfectly(no substitutions and my dish sounds completely different. It looked and smelled great, but not so much with the taste buds.

This recipe sounds delicious, but sadly I am allergic to coconut. Does anyone know what I can substitute?

this dish was awesome. it was super easy to make and the taste was amazing. i'm not a big curry fan, but this wasn't overpowering. i didn't make the couscous because my husband doesn't like it. instead i threw the basil chopped up in the main dish itself - and it worked really well. the sweetness of the basil really balanced out the spice of the curry paste. definitely good stuff - and it will surely be a regular at our house!

This recipe just seemed to be lacking in flavor. Although this was the first time I have ever made cous cous and it was unbelievably simple.
