I do not eat beef anymore, so I really liked the turkey-chicken burgers. The burgers were moist and full of flavor. I did not make the dressing, I used blue cheese.

I am a big Rachael Ray Fan. I made this burger and all I can it is yummmmo. It is very figure friendly, and huge my boyfriend, his family and my doggies Penny and Charlie love it as well. I didn't make the dressing because we are not big Ranch fans. We use may and other dressings. They were HUGE AND YUMMMMMO. Niki

The burger was ok, a little dense. I chose to forgo the bun with the recipe and next time I would pre-cook the bacon and add it crumbled to the meat mixture, rather than having a slice on top of the burger. As for the scale of the recipe I would consider this 8 servings, (It's more than 2 lbs of meat! The dressing was way too runny and a bit acidic. Next time I will use a tried and true ranch dressing recipe (way better than the bottled stuff. All in all with a couple of modifications this recipe will be a keeper.

Since we are a pork free house and didn't have turkey bacon on hand, I made these with out bacon and they were a hit.

The texture of the ground chicken and turkey mixed together was great. We made 5 burgers instead of 4 just to make them more manageable.

My husband and I loved these burgers!! Nice alternative to regular burgers. I felt the buttermilk dressing was a little too runny, so next time we will try the ranch dressing from the other posts!

These were very good, but the poultry seasoning was a little much. Next time I am going to reduce poultry seasoning to only 1 teaspoon.

I have to agree with the last two posts -- I wasn't crazy about the buttermilk/sour cream sauce on top. It tasted good but was runny. I think even just using a ranch dressing would be great. Other than that, I enjoyed it.

Chix & Turkey burgers r so hard to flavor no matter what u do to them but these were good & Rach is right the shallots kept em' moist. I agree with the previous post, not so crazy bout the dressing. Kinda runny and I added more sour cream to thicken it but sour cream was all I could taste. And I enjoy them without the bread. You can still top with crumbled bacon and avacado and whatnot and is tasty. Very filling too.

This was excellent! Only thing I'd do different is use bottled blue cheese or ranch dressing instead of making her buttermilk dressing - for all the extra ingredients I had to buy (buttermilk, dill and lemon, I didn't care that much for the end result.
