Quit good. I have several jewish friends,so this is something I took to their home. 2T Browm sugar and 2T to 3T water, or orange juice also works well for a substitute if you do not have molasses

This is the first dish that I ever contributed for family holiday's. My family and friends absolutely devour it every time and are always impressed that I make my own marshmallows. Since not all of my family is a fan of nuts, I have decreased the amount of pecans that I use.
