I made these for Super Bowl Sunday, and they were a big hit! They weren't (spicy at all, so everyone enjoyed them. Like others have mentioned, this recipe makes far more than 15 jalapenos. Perfect for a crowd! I'll be making these again....for sure!!

This quick and easy recipe is simply outstanding! I did add some of the seeds from the jalopenos into the mixture to spice it up even more! Big hit at New Years party!

    Yo Guy,
This recipe was FREAKIN AWESOME. I made this for the Super Bowl and it was a huge hit. Matter of fact I think they were all gone in 30 minutes. I used the left over stuffing to make Manicotti with a nice sugo and a couple peices of nice garlic bread. The family loved it. I have been a huge fan ever since you were on the Next Food Network Star. If you are ever in KC or in Independence give me a shout for some of the BEST BBQ in East Independence.
Keep doin what your doin. Its a Hit

Thanks Guy - yum. However I agree with the other reviews. Way too much sausage for 15 jalepeno's. Your store must have extra large ones. No problem there, my husband will love it in his lunch the next few days. Your oven burns hot too! Like others, I had to keep bumping up the heat so it all took longer. I guess I don't prep jalepeno's as fast as you either - my prep time took over 1/2 hour. I wanted to make a healthy version so I used chicken chorizo and instead of cream cheese I used Fage brand (very thick and rich greek style yogurt in the filling. I also used cilantro instead of chives. It still tasted great. We took them to a Super bowl party and they were a hit.

I made the peppers for a Super Bowl Party. In an effort to be more healthy, I took Guy's suggestion and used turkey sausage. I also used low fat cream cheese. They were great!! I had a lot of extra filling. Someone else brought the chips called Scoops. I filled each little cup with filling, sprinkled them with some shredded pepper jack cheese and put them on a baking sheet. They went in the 350 degree oven for about 5 minutes. Everyone went crazy or them. Many guests hadn't tried the pepper version because they were afraid of the heat...these worked for all. Thanks, Guy!

After I filled the jalapenos, I took the mix to the party and used it as a dip. It went over better than I thought. Pople were dipping Fritos in it and chips. Just another use of this wonderful recipe.

I made these for a super bowl party, and they were a hit for sure! I agree with the other reviews that you need to roast the peppers longer , so I did 400 for 12 mins. They roasted perfectly, I also only used half of the mix, and have the other half for later. I didn't have any red pepper and it was fine without it. I also added mozzerella to the filling mix. As I said before these were awesome, and I will definitely be maiking these again!

My wife and I made these for a super bowl party and they were a hit. Very simple and easy to make. There was plenty of extra stuffing left after filling 50 or so jalapeno halfs. We took what was left and filled mushroom caps and cooked them the same way as the jalapeno's. Turned out just as good as the peppers. Though the time scale is off on the prep work and cooking time it's a keeper.
