I always thought cinnamon rolls were difficult to make, however, with this recipe they are easy. My family loves them. My kids enjoy helping me make them.

this is a great recipe for beginners, people who have never made cinnamon rolls or who have never baked with yeast before .... i found the recipe quite straightforward...

the dough was just lovely and pliable, very easy to roll out and to work with .... when resting the dough didn't rise as much i thought it would have, they did poof but not as much as i expected to see .... but don't worry they do poof up when baked ....

after reading the previous reviews i added more cinnamon to the filling, an additional 4 tablespoons to be exact, and it was perfect ....

i didn't add the icing to the top because the cinnamon rolls were sweet as they were ....

when baked they were just soft, light, flavourful... very satisfying to make and eat ...

i would definitely recommend this recipe and will be using it again myself ....

These cinnamon rolls are incredible! I haven't tried to bake cinnamon rolls in about 5 years since my 1st disaster batch. These came out perfect! GREAT recipe! FYI- I added extra cinnamon as well, and cooked them about 10 minutes longer than the recipe said until they browned slightly on top. I also added 4 oz. cream cheese to the icing and a couple of drops of vanilla. Delicious!

This recipe came out perfect. I didn't have to make the glaze/frosting since the roll filling was perfectly sweet enough to satisfy mine and my family's taste buds. Thanks Food Network!

I used this recipe to makes cinnamon rolls this morning and they came out perfect. The only thing I did differently was that I added some pecans and a little nutmeg to the dough topping. The rolls baked for about 17 minutes and they came out moist and delicious. I will definitely use this recipe again in the future.

This was easier than I thought, only thing to worry about was keeping it from sticking when rolling it up.
