    Loved it. Tweeked it a bit. More carrots, some red peppers, more chicken stock, a little tobasco, and no cream - last minute decision. Ran it through the blender as I had no stick blender and it turned out amazing. YUM YUM YUM!

    Fantastic! And I made it a little healthier substituting whole milk for the heavy cream. Even better reheated the next day for lunch. This is definitely a keeper!!

    This soup is excellant and SOOO easy!!! I only use 2 tbsp of flour and 1/4 cup of whatever milk is on hand (usually skim. It is so creamy, healthy and satisfying - I love it! I've never made the croutons. Make sure you add enough pepper for a kick!

    This recipe is so perfect! You won't need to do any modifications. I did not make the croutons since I serve it with fresh wheat bread.

    Delicious! The best broccoli soup I have made. No bread for the croutons so I garnished the soup with mini cheese crackers. It might sound kind of bad but was so delicious. Plus, the cracker garnish got my children to eat the soup.

    This is a quick but broccoli tasting soup. Flavorful and healthy and did I mention quick. it is a favorite. Thanks Neelys. I love your show and recipes.

    I used one Tbsp less of butter and flour and only 1/4 cup cream (with 1/4 cup milk. Still a good soup!

    It was really good. My husband said it was the best broccoli soup he's ever had. Grated romano on top adds to the soup - makes it amazing!
