By far the best gravy I've ever tasted!

Ever since I used this brine recipe 3 years ago, I've been officially in charge of cooking the turkey for thanksgiving. You can't go wrong with this one!

I tried this brined turkey recipe 2 years ago and had numerous compliments. I'm glad Emeril stil has this recipe as I am using it this year as well. I've never had a moister turkey. Bam Delicious!

This is the best turkey recipe ever! I have been making this for over 10 years now. Everyone is always amazed as to how juicy the bird is. If you follow the recipe exactly the way it is, you will love it. Lots of work but well worth it in the end. Emeril is the man!

Great recipe. Guarantees perfect turkey every year. I do not turn the turkey as the recipes specifies. It is too heavy/too hard to do. I baste every 1/2 hour to hour with stock and it comes out perfect every time.

Been using this recipe from when I saw the episode on TV. Thought about changing it up this year but said why mess with perfection. "Bam"

I agree with the last two reviews. I have been using this same brine and recipe for the first day I saw it online which is able five year or so. There is not a need to try any other recipe for the family turkey day.

    All the Best!!

Why even try another turkey recipe? This is it - hands down the best turkey recipe out there. I will make it again this year.
