This recipe is amazing. I get rave reviews every Thanksgiving. I omit the brandy, but it is still delicious! I also put them in greased ramekins which is a bit easier than trying to fill the orange cups.

I made a few changes to this recipe and it turned out pretty good. The changes I made were that instead of using the heavy cream, I added 1 can of media crema NESTLE (the brand and instead of using brandy I added dark Rum...I also used some honey (the amount depends on how sweet you want this recipe to turn out. I did not use the orange cups but instead used a casserole dish. Awesome! Thank you for the recipe Emeril.

I first saw this recipe on the show in 2001, and have made it every year since then. It's easy and tasty, and turns out perfect every time. It seems like we always have a lot of filling left over after the oranges are filled, so we usually cook that in an 8x8 pan for an additional side. Love it!

I started making this recipe a few years ago after I saw it on Foodnetwork. It has since become a family favorite. I omit the brandy now and don't seem to miss it. I bake them and then add a small amount of marshmellow fluff in a decorative pattern to the top! Awesome.

These are delicious! If there are extra, they freeze well for later use. I use the orange pulp in my homemade cranberry sauce. I have also substituted canned Bruce's Yams and they worked well.

Most of my family doesn't care for sweet potatoes so the first time I made these I had to really persued them to try it. They absolutely loved them. I did use rum instead of the brandy since I don't use brandy anywhere else.

This recipe went over real well at our teacher luncheon. It was very easy to follow and the only tough part was the oranges. The flavor was outstanding and it looked just like the picture.

I'm not an especially good cook, but this dish I manage to make well every time. A kitchenAide helps alot. I've made it for thanksgiving 2 yrs now and will do it again this year. Its almost like a desert its so rich and delicious. If an orange cup ends up with a hole at the bottom, I would place a small foil "cup" underneath it, which seemed to work fine.

This became the all time favorite at Thanksgiving the first time I made it and now it's what I get asked to make or bring every holiday. If I'm making it at home I use the orange cups otherwise I make it in a casserole dish the flavor is the same, it's just easier to transport.
