This is one recipe that i have been using for a long time. I am not able to tell you how much my friends, and family, want this. Every event they ask me to make this. The taste and looks, just blow them away. Awesome!

I am someone who usually passes on sweet potatoes(never have cared for them, but after trying this recipe, I have to change my mind!!! This recipe puts the `wow'in sweet potatoes. I say, if your like me, and you don't really care for them, try this. I promise you, you'll absolutely love them!!!

This recipe is delicious, but is exactly the same as a recipe that I got out of a cooking pamphlet published by Southern Comfort about 20 years ago. The only difference is that the Southern Comfort recipe calls for the supremed orange segments to be mixed back into the sweet potato puree before baking. The orange cups make a nice presentation, but if you are in a hurry you can bake in a casserole dish.
