My husband is Mexican and I made this stuffing for his family this year. It was a huge hit! I added extra cornbread to give it more of a "stuffing" look and it was amazing! I am a big fan of this web site and I will continue to use it for future family gatherings!!

Tried this for T-giving. I am not fond of stuffing because it"s typically so bland, but this version was full of flavors from the chorizo and veggies. I would def make again and add more chorizo. Loved it!

Loved this recipe. I halved the amount of chorizo and it was perfect! Paired great with spice rubbed turkey breast and nice Rioja wine.

This recipe is easy and delicious. I made it last year for my boyfriend´s family and they thoroughly enjoyed it. However, on this particular occasion, I used raw chorizo and browned it as opposed to the suggested hard chorizo. Both was are delicious. This year, I am living in Santiago, Chile and will be making it for my friends here for our Thanksgiving dinner.

My family was really impressed with this stuffing and it was so easy to make! The mild sweetness of the cornbread goes well with the tangy chorizo. I also used the soft chorizo (couldn't find the hard and drained the fat out first, before adding the veggies.
