    I would recommend putting in less clove then the recipe calls for.

    I make this recipe every holiday and my entire family including a 5 year old loves it. It is so easy and makes enough that I can freese some for use during the rest of the year.

    This is quite the delectable Cranberry Sauce! This is the second year I had made it and it is always one of those Thanksgiving items that is RAVED about for weeks after the dinner!

    I have been making this cranberry sauce recipe since the Thanksgiving in Harlem show aired. It is simple to make and a dfferent addition to the Thanksgiving table. Certainly more interesting than the regulation canned sauce!!

    I like cranberry sauce but I'm always looking for ways to improve. This recipe is awesome, even my daughter-in-law wants more this year.

    While the overall flavor was very good, I would peel the orange next time. The pith made it quite bitter.

    Great side dish for our Thanksgiving dinner. Easy to make and this could also double as compote over pound cake.
