The first year I tried this, I followed the recipe exactly. It was great! We all loved it. Since then, I throw in whatever I have, frozen mixed vegetables, diced potatoes, etc. This year, I dumped in the gravy, also. It's great any way you do it.

Delicious! I followed the recipe exactly, and I definitely plan to make this an annual recipe for Thanksgiving leftovers. My husband and I loved it!!!!!

Sounds like worth trying, but I would also use some left-over turkey gravy for more flavor!

A great recipe to use up those leftover over items from Thanksgiving. This is one recipe that I make after every turkey dinner.

This recipe is a home run! I actually get more excited about making this than I do making Thanksgiving dinner! One thing to remember is that you have to make it with Rachaels apple & onion stuffing.

I made this the day after Thanksgiving for a simple get together with friends and we all agreed that it was 'delish!' Thanks Rachael for another hit. We've become big fans around here.

I'm amazed at how much flavor there is. I also added a splash of tabasco for a kick and added some asparagus I had on hand. Delicious!
