I somehow ended up with LOTS of extra stuffing. This was a yummy use up. I froze my leftover soup in bags, then froze the stuffing in muffin cups, then zip bags to have again later. Yum!

My son prepared this for us and it was so good. He used a leek rather than onion and no peas. This one is a keeper. Thanks Rachel!

I made this soup today using the herb roasted turkey breast from the Thanksgiving in 60 episode. I altered the recipe as follows: added leftover gravy because I was short on stock, and I added fresh thyme and sage. The soup was awesome!! I would have never thought of serving soup over stuffing, but it was sooooo good!! Thanks Rachael!!

This was such a fun and yummy way to have leftover stuffing!! My family truly enjoyed it. There was not a drop left and I have been instructed to make more tomorrow. This will be one that we enjoy year after year.

I made these eggs for a Halloween Party (Get it, Deviled Eggs?. Anyway, everyone LOVED them. I did substitute spicy brown mustard and I put in about 1/4 cup. Very easy!
