Love the cajon spices on the salmon. Great flavors. To the lazy bones who can't "make their own spices" -- you are mixing spices together from a jar, if you find that difficult, maybe you shouldn't be on foodnetwork.com. I think Sesame Street has some recipes you could follow.

My mother does not like sandwiches, but I took the chance and made this for her and she loved it so much, she asked for another sandwich. The flavors of the goat cheese and spicy salmon work very well together. It was also very easy to prepare. I love this recipe.

This was a very tasty dish will make again. Sorry to last review but how hard is it to put some spices in a bowl and mix.

Absolutely love this recipe. Very easy to make. Also, it helps that I love Salmon. I didn't make the sandwich. I serviced the Salmon with sauteed spinach. The spice blend is wonder and very versatile. As stated by another rater-I used the spice blend on hard boiled eggs. Simiply delicious.

I prefer a cleaner preparation for fish--any fish other than salmon would have completely drowned in this recipe. The spice is pretty good--basically Emeril's essence with gumbo file and bay seasoning.

The salmon and cajun seasoning is great and anyone who doubts the difference in buying commercial cajun seasoning vs. making your own obviously doesn't know good food!

Even if Aaron does not win the contest, I hope he writes a recipe book - I will buy it!

Even if you don't make the whole recipe, try the spice blend. It's great on everything. I like it on boiled eggs. :-

and any recipe that calls for me to make my own spices should not be classified as "easy".
