Super simple and super delicious. This is the only Brownie recipe I'll use, and I've yet to get to the frosting. I've made them with mint chocolate, peanut butter, nuts, toffee chips....LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this recipe!!

I've made these brownies 3 times. Each time the frosting was great (Warning: Super Sweet!!!. Had no problems with that part.
The first time, however, the brownies turned out incredibly sticky, gooey, and nearly impossible to manage.
The second time, I adjusted the recipe using only 1 stick of butter instead of 1 1/2, cooked them five minutes longer, and refrigerated them a good 30 mins before attempting to handle them. That helped some, but they were still quite difficult to manage.
The third time, I was just craving them and gave no thought to the easy management side of things. Ate them straight out of the pan (haphazardly frosted!
Returning to the recipe so many times is certainly a testament to it's deliciousness (if you don't mind the sugar rush, and i'd give five stars to the taste and texture alone. Due to the impossibility of handling these treats in any clean way at all, I'm only giving it four stars on the whole.

I entered a Dessert Bake-Off contest at my job. I made the brownies with the frosting and eveyone raved about how good they were. They loved the frosting on the brownies! I didn't place in the contest, but folks took the brownies home to their loved ones! Thanks Neely's!!!

Great taste in the brownie. Havent even finished the frosting and I love them. To those who thought they were to greasy....I think you my have misread ingredients. I did when I read it the first time. Its 1 half stick butter not 1 and 1/2 sticks butter. Trust me made that mistake. Good Luck they are yummy.

Just made these for our Super Bowl party. Thanks to previous posts I read, I only used 1/2 of the orange juice and the frosting turned out perfect. Will definitely make these again!

I made these just to try it out, I did exactly what the recipe say's but the brownies were to soft they were breaking when I was trying to cut them out.
I'm not sure what I did wrong. The icing was great it was a little loose but after reading the other reviews I know nowfor the next time not to put so much OJ. I used the left over icing on a cake I baked and it was great. I will definitly try it again, besides practice makes perfect.

Mmmm! Moist brownies and not-too-sweet icing... I used some honey instead of all the sugar in the icing--yum!

A wonderful dessert when you just want "a little something sweet". I followed the recipe and had no problems, however, I did add only one tablespoon of orange juice at a time, mixing after each, to get just the right consistancy I wanted (1 1/2 tablespoons worked for me. I also liked another reviewers comment about making them in a mini muffin pan to make for get togethers or parties. This is what I call a no stress dessert.
