YUM! I liked how this recipe is so different than how I usually prepare steak. I will definitely be making this again soon :

Delicious and easy to make! I would make it again but I would definitely make sure that you are seasoning the veal well.

eh! I thought this was bland. I know it can be spruced, but I was just really expecting more.

This is easy and good. Not a big fan of goat cheese but it went good with this recipe. I would be making this again.

Just finished making/eating this and I was surprised by how good it was for such a simple recipe with so few ingredients. I substituted light cream cheese for the goat cheese because I already had some on hand and everyone devoured it and gave it a big thumbs up.

Talk about elegant and easy!! My husband LOVES when I make this for a special meal for us. So simple to make...makes it even easier when you have a George Forman grill!

For once I already had all of the items to prepare this dish at home without having to go out to the store! The steak was tender and juicy the eggs perfect with the goat cheese on top! I was home alone, so I made this dish for just me. It was so good, I made it again the next day for lunch for one... ME!!! I can't wait to prepare the dish for my husband and sons!!!

I guess Mel would consider Coq Au Vin and Boeuf Bourguignon Chicken and Beef Stew!!! In any event, a great dish Giada, keep them coming to your fans.
