I made this for my in-laws on Thanksgiving and it was gone in a few hours!! I used more spices (to taste and added the juice from half a lime. And instead of using 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs, I used 1 cup of crumbs and 1 cup of ground walnuts for the crust. Next time I think I'll use even more walnuts, it really gives the crust a great flavor. This cheesecake is the perfect mix of a sweet potato pie and a cheesecake. Simply deleicious!

I wanted to make something a little different for Thanksgiving this year. I usually make a cheesecake, but love sweet potato pie. I was thrilled to find this recipe that combined my favorites. It was a hit for dessert! Everyone loved it. Many complimented the light texture and taste.

I made this cheesecake for Thanksgiving dinner. The first person to test, went back for seconds immediately. I was told that it is a must for Christmas dinner. This recipe takes a lot of time to make but is sooooo worth it.

this cheesecake was so good that i made it on christmas and the day after! it came out soooo tasy and not too sweet.
the candied pecans were the hardest to do but i think with a little practice, i'll get them down!

I made this recipe for Thanksgiving a year ago and I've been asked by several people to make it again. Well, actually, they demanded that I make it again. It's like a cross between sweet potato pie and plain cheesecake. Which is the best of both worlds in my opinion. This is a fabulous recipe. I hope you make it and enjoy it.
