I've been making this cheesecake for years and have never had a complaint. In fact, I have changed the minds of many who claimed not like or eat cheesecake! When I first started making it, I made so many that my oven was on for almost a week straight.

This was ny first time making cheesecake it was the best.I made this recipe but it was to large for my family i cut the recipe in half and it was great,friend and family wanted more

I made this dessert for thanksgiving and everyone liked it. BEWARE, it is very heavy and rich. The batter will make a very large cake so be sure you have enough people around to eat it.
