    I made this entire dinner for Christmas. My family loved it! I think it's the start of a great family tradition.

    This recipe took a lot longer to prepare than I had anticipated but it was well worth it! I wasn't sure about using port wine for a glaze and gravy (it really is a terrible wine but the vegetables and spices really brought out a wonderfull flavor!!! This is definitely a recipe that I would try again! I'm not going to even review the potatoes cause I was so focused on other things I messed them up (but even messed up they were pretty good!
