    This wonderful recipe may be overlooked or appear intimidating because of the party theme and all the little spoonsful. I used half the recipe and my home roasted coffee (ground as coarse as the grinder would go and a drop of vanilla paste instead of bean, and divided into two ramekins. Baked 40 minutes au Bain Marie. Sprinkled on some turbinado sugar and bruleed. Absolutely delicious.
