I didn't have time to make the cake, so I just made the glaze and poured over a store bought angel food cake. Everyone loved the glaze. You don't need a lot of glaze for to cover the cake because it is full of flavor.

I made this cake today and it turned out very well. I used a spring form pan, like you would use for a cheesecake. Any non-stick pan would be fine. I also used lemon juice instead of lemon oil. The cake is denser than most angel food cakes but I liked that. It's very tasty and pretty easy to make. I'll definately make it again and also try different toppings.
