I loved making this recipe and just popping it into the oven the next morning. My family and I loved it.

Not the easiest thing in the world to make (especially that whole bit with charing and peeling the peppers, but man is it good. The house smells wonderful while this is on the stove and it tastes even better. Not only is this delicious, but it has remarkable restorative powers and is a good, if not healthy, hangover remedy.

I cooked this for my visiting family this weekend and it is the best breakfast casserole we have ever eaten. Everyone went home with a copy of the recipe. It does take a little time to put together but not hard. We will make this a regular at our family gatherings, most definitely! We think it's FAB!
