This is a VERY rich omelette. I was over it after just a few bites, but it was delicious. My husband made it for company and they were very impressed!

I made this for Father's Day Brunch! It tasted very good...and it is very rich. I'm not too great at omelette flipping, so it wasn't perfect, but it tasted very good. Of course we love cold smoked salmon!
