This is the soup I make for people when they need a meal delivered - sick, condolence, etc. It is so easy to make and so tasty. Eveeryone rants and raves about it. I have shared the recipe with so many people. My kids can't get enough. It's also very healthy and filling.

I absolutely loved this soup, it's low fat and flavorful. It was easy to whip up after work and took some to work for lunch and my coworkers were envious of me. I wouldn't change a thing with this recipe!

I loved it! My husband is so picky. This turned out wonderful. Just like mexican restaurants ( even better actually.
I made a few alterations by adding carrots, celery, and half a red bell pepper.
I also accidently added chicken stock instead of chicken broth, but it was so delicious and flavorful. I also recommend adding a tsp of dried oregano and some cumin powder to complete this dish.
Thank you for another staple item in my home.

This was DELICIOUS and unbelievably easy for such a tasty soup! I added 1 can of sweet whole corn, and 2 sticks of carrots, and topped it off with a little bit of green onion and it was just perfect. I might add bell pepper next time too! Also I used only 1 jalapeno since we like our soup a little more mild spicy. This is definitely a KEEPER! Thank you!

My roommates can't get enough of this recipe! The cilantro and lime really add flavor to the recipe. The only think I changed was the avocado. Being that it doesn't stay fresh very long, we've found it to be better without it. College Favorite!

Wonderful! Super easy to make. The fresh lime juice and cilantro really give it a distintive, fresh flavor.

This is a keeper! We all loved it. Added some rice to it as well, yummo! Can't beat the flavor and ease.

VERY good. I used 10 cups of chicken broth (made with chicken base and only 1/2 of one Jalapeño. I used large bone-in chicken breasts for more flavor. I used a bigger can of black beans (19.75oz and poured the whole thing in. I used 1 can of diced tomatoes with green chilis (next time woud use two cans for as much broth as I used. I browned the chicken pretty well after cooking the onion, garlic, and jalapeño and removing those from the pot while I browned the chicken. I then put everything in the crockpot on low all day. Let the chicken cook for a few hours then remove it and shred. Was really good. Will make again for sure.
