I cannot believe how wonderful this was!! We eat a lot of venison and this is by far my family's favorite! Even if you don't have venison I imagine it would be good with sliced pork tenderloin. You have to try it to believe how good it is!

I loved this recipe. I like to eat venison being a hunter. This was made with a younger whitetail deer and I recomend this for the tenderness. However my wife and daughter have other opinions about the taste of venison. This recipe on the other hand was eaten by everyone in the house with no leftovers. They even said they wanted me to make it again. It was great! Thanks!

This was unbelievable. We eat more game meat than domestic at my house. We used Mule Deer Venison. I can honestly say that it was the best venison I have ever eaten.
