It is Emeil ! Need anyone say more ? The gravy is AMAZING (so is his turkey gravy...best I ever had His essence is a staple in my spice cabinet..HIS store bought version is awesome if you do not want to mix this one up. My advice is double or triple the gravy and freeze some to have as a quick go to.. I did reduce the teriyaki just a tiny bit and used low sodium typ due to a dietary restriction but normally you do not need to tween his recipes....He knows what he is doing

The gravy in this recipe is so good I could take a bath in it...seriously, if you didn't love it, you didn't cook it right.

the gravy was good, but the pork didnt turn out as good as i expected it to be, im not sure if it has anything to do with the type of oven i used, i dont have an oven, i used an oven roasted pan, and this directions tell me to use about an inch of water and guess what? the water was still there and i didnt get any pork juices. i was so dissapointed. the recipe is really simple to make. the oven messed it up. I cant wait to have a real oven.

I've been using this recipe for several years, and we absolutely LOVE it. But, I have a question - has anyone ever tried freezing the left over gravy? It makes quite a bit, and I hate to throw it away. Thanks for any input!

This is a family favorite! It's simple. Cheap. And delicious! Awesome! This gravy also works with beef or game meat! Thanks Emeril!

If I could give it 6 STARS, I would. The meat is so flavorful and delicious, BUT the gravy is even better. We had it along with a roasted beef tenderloin and more people at the pork. Thanks Emeril! It does take time to finish the gravy but well worth it.

really good.... gravy was a bit involved and directions not too thourough... but was worth the effort in the end. i followed the gravy recipe to the letter....with exeption of salt and pepper to taste at the end. gravy turned out a bit salty, so i will cut back on the teriyake sauce next time.... maybe even omit it all together... the essence seasoning already has alot of salt in it. recipe also doesnt state how much pan dripping to use... i added a bit at a time ( only about 1/2 cup total again.... drippings are salty from the rub on the pork. the meat was tender, everyone enjoyed the dinner.
