Too sweet - It was inedible - even for 6 children under the age of 7. I think the recipe would have been find if you reduced the condensed milk to about 3 ounces. We had to throw the entire thing away... No one ate it.

My family can be picky with foods- everyone likes something else. But this cake is a hit with all! Especially my 86 year old Dad who has a tough time chewing : And it's fun to put together.

DELISH!!!!! So easy to make and the taste was so good. I would definately make this the night before to set properly. Also, if you are not eating alot of the cake, I would not recomend covering the cake with the whipped cream. Maybe put a dollop on top of each slice.

I'm not a big fan of almond extract (that's for sugar cookie frosting, so I just used vanilla. I actually chop cake into finger food slices and then put the cream cheese mixture on and then top it with fresh strawberries. Two words: Baby Shower. It's perfect finger food!

I am now famous for this cake among my friends. They just love it and so do I! If they only knew how easy it was to make, they would be shocked. I will admit that I have cheated and used Cool Whip rather than the real whipped cream.
